Director of Las Vegas Operations, Dr. Jack Schibrowsky

Dr. Schibrowsky directs the APR's operations in the Las Vegas area. John "Jack" Schibrowsky received a Ph.D. in Business with a major in Marketing and minor in decision theory from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. At Wisconsin, Jack completed 33 hours of coursework in marketing research topics including experimental design, statistics, parametric and nonparametric data analysis and questionnaire design.

Jack is a Professor of Marketing at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Jack has lived and consulted in Las Vegas, "the entertainment capital of the world," for 19 years. His expertise has helped companies to improve their customer experience and enhance the entertainment value of their goods and services. As the U. S. continues to evolve into the "experience economy," Jack has become one of the leading speakers and researchers in the area of "experiential marketing." He has consulted in the area of entertainment/experiential marketing with Las Vegas' casinos, the Thomas and Mack (UNLV) Arena, Brookfield Zoo in Chicago, and the National Hot Rod Association among others. Jack is particularly well known for his marketing research skills especially in the area of data analysis leading to strategic solutions to problems.

He is the author of over 50 major marketing publications in numerous academic and professional journals. Jack has been honored with multiple national teaching and research awards, and with a variety of community service awards.
